"3D-Coat is the one application that has all the tools you need to take your 3D idea from a block of digital clay all the way to a production ready, fully textured organic or hard surface model."

Our team is starting to use 3D-Coat V3 as part of the 3D online content creation workflow in conjunction with Blender, Photoshop and Unity3D. I think this is particularly interesting (maybe) as 3D-Coat has a primitive building mode which is something sort of famillar to us from OpenSim and Second Life content creation. This tool though appears to be a lot more powerful than the OpenSim viewer based building tools as it will render the prims out into standard meshes.
3D-Coat has tons of features including voxel sculpting, auto-retopology (useful to get models down in complexity = shorter downloading) and layered painting. It looks like it will complement Blender very nicely and allow us to work faster on certain tasks.
