The GMF 2008 sponsored by Languagelab has come to an end. We had great DJ's performing, awesome live artists, lots of maxed streams and lovely gadgets. Now we want to hear from you, which performer deserves the $L50,000 in prize money plus $L50,000 worth of in-world merchandise. Isn't there a song that goes 'all good things come to an end?' (Ah yes, by Miss Furtado) Well, the Global Music Festival sponsored by Languagelab was definitely such a good thing that's now after a month of music fun is ending. With more than 40 performers from all over the world we've definitely rocked the grid during the GMF!

If you have not taken a look at the Languagelab website, do so now! ;) But don't worry or shed your tears yet, we still have a few things planned starting October 4th starting 11am SLT:

Last weekend, we all had so much fun with different Djs spinning their best tunes, live musicians in Club Haze, Crimson Shadow, The Dump, and the Greenies Zero-g club. Thanks to Languagelab for being the Sponsors of this event. The festival is still going on with more music this weekend and more in the coming weeks till the end of September.

As you all know we had the cutest Greenies back pack for you to pick it up with loads of goodies inside speacialy those squishy squashy wellies which were all over the grid * giggles*. ( You can turn off the sound you know that right ) This weekend is again filled with music and cool freebies for you to pick up. We have these mouthplates ( this is a new word in the dictionary ) and three really cute t-shirts.
