Eclectic as I am with my fashion choices in Second Life, there's something I'm a real stickler for, and that's dressing for the season. Never mind the fact that by default the sun always shines in our happy virtual land (charming but laggy snowflake emitters aside), if it's a blazing sunny day outside, I'm not going to put my avatar in a sweater and big boots. In autumn, I'm all about tights, long sleeve tees and cozy hoodies. And by the same logic, throughout winter, my jammed inventory is host to scarves, gloves, and above all, coats. My poor long suffering friends get the worst of it. It's easy to incur my wrath, just wear a cute little summer dress or shorts and sandals in October. “But I live in Florida, it's 90 degrees here!” they say. “That's not the point, you're veering dangerously far from seasonal stereotypes!” I say, and then frown and tap my virtual foot until they don something I deem more appropriate or teleport away in shame.

+++Blue Blood+++ designer Ghanima Uriza's fabulous contribution to the Winter Magic at Black Swan event is so very special for quite a few reasons. She has brilliantly pulled off a design that is rather different from her usual work, yet made it undeniably recognizable as her own. The "Florencia" outfit was actually inspired by and named after Uriza's sister who wears funky, colorful and beautifully patterned coats. "Originally, I had a plain color coat in mind, but then I took a look at my sister and just wanted to combine her fun character and style into my design...I wanted to create something she would wear!" giggled Uriza.

This time of the year, its quite magical and exciting. Lots of baking, shopping, parties... yes a bit hectic but finally, we have got a reason to put that party dress on.  I have got my first christmas due today and I can't wait ! So this morning, I am already in the mood to be in red and black and to have an elegant  up do hair .

The club manager of Crimson Shadow Vampires Bulloch has done an amazing job with decorations in  the club area to put us all in the mood for the parties coming up.  I have chosen All that jazz dress from Crimson Shadow. The dress comes in three different colours red, black and gold all of them have the white tule. Alla Ruff has done an amazing job in this gown. It s the perfect red little dress for  a special night out.

Aemelia Case from Philotic Energy knows that I am a big fan of short hair in SL and hardly ever wear long hair. As we were chatting this morning she passed me over a wonderful short hair which I believe its one of her new releases.  There is something so sexy about this hair. It covers half of your face so it makes the avatar looks very mysterious and flirty  ;) The other thing that makes it look so beautiful is that it has got this Hollywood stars' bed head. You know how those actresses wake up without puffy eyes, drools down their mouth and their hair don't look like a bomb exploded on their head as they spent all night in bed but simply messy, naughty, and sexy. If you are a fan of short hair please check it out. I love the darker colours but Zoey has got tons of colour choices I am sure you will find your match.

There are quite a lot of bargains these days except some price hikes on our lovely sims. Well at least the fashion scene is a bit affordable.
