The Greenies may "Green the Grid," but SL Residents are all about the orange when Halloween rolls around.   Costumes and spooky decorations along with all things pumpkin are popping up left and right.

I'm getting pumped for Halloween in SL myself.  The virtual world is a fantastic place to celebrate the holiday. You don't have to go into temporary Halloween stores advertised by a scary giant clown holding a sign by the highway. You don't have to pay $50 US for something mostly made of vinyl and itchy felt that you'll only wear once, and you'll only wear drunk because it's ridiculously skimpy. You can do so much more with your avi, who isn't confined by the limits of hair spray and doesn't have to worry about uncomfortable shoes!
 

Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting Takeshi in Crimson Shadow as I introduced him to our new line of male skins in Crimson Shadow. Winter saunters into the dressing room and sits down in front of the useless mirror. He picks up the style notes and scans them. Suddenly he freezes, and his eyes open wide. He turns to his typist and snarls "A pixie? You turned me into a PIXIE???"

Yes, I did. I figured it was the best way to display the Batpunk set from Crimson Shadow. You can't keep wearing red and black in these blogposts forever, you know. And you know you like wings.

DJ Heroin Allen fashionable as ever with Rouge Darcy's Liquid Flower in Peach color streaming live from Tokyo in Crimson Shadow for the Global Music Festival sponsored by Languagelab

Heroin Allen loves fashion and Trance music, lives in Tokyo and DJs regularly in Crimson Shadow and Club Haze. The other day, I have spotted her wearing this cute outfit from the Passion of Black Swan Rouge Darcy's Liquid flower ensemble. Liquid Flower brings some freshness to the usual gown collection. Is so far the most sought after cute outfit of the event.

 We are celebrating 1 year anniversary of Crimson Shadow and I thought changing the Lucky Chair dress is the best way to kick start the party along with some cool freebies . The Party is at 2pm SLT .

I know it is always a bit crazy when we have a new lucky chair item  and the place is getting already very crowded as you can see from the photo.

One year ago, I TPed to a sim that I had seen on flickr and was desperate to see.  It hadn't officially opened, but was still able to get in and look around.  What I saw stunned me.  Here, for the first time, I found a vampire sim that wasn't tacky or over the top in cheesy goth.  I wasn't able to spend a long time there but as I was preparing to leave, I was stopped by the manager asking if I was interested in dancing in the club.  Now, up till then I had no source of income in SL and was making my money by sploders (yes I'm a veteran ;-)).  At first I was a bit apprehensive, as most times in my association with clubs in SL, dancers also had to strip.  After having a brief conversation with the manager, all my fears were banished and thus began my career in Crimson Shadow. 

Aloof elegance. Smouldering refinement. Dangerous class. I can fake all these things in this ensemble, thanks to the collaboration of Hyasynth Tiramisu, Draconic Lioncourt and Crimson Shadow (TP). Throw in a top hat and monocle and I'm ready to annexe Mayfair and Park Lane in a bloodridden coup.

I had the pleasure of meeting great designers during the Fashion Inspired by Black Swan. Kuranosuke Kamachi from DeLA was one of them.

I have asked her to create two gorgeous gowns that would fit to our Crimson Shadow Collection and the new boutique in Black Swan.

Couple of weeks later Kuranosuke gave me these beautifully detailed, extremely delicate two gowns in two colors each. Even before, I have opened the folders I was stunned by the names of the gowns. 

Crimson Shadow 's Lucky Chair items have always been a big hit and we are not stopping just yet. Its only getting better....
