The "Passions of Black Swan" event has come to a close after twenty of SL's most talented designers came together to bring you their own take on the magic of Black Swan through their creations. Timeless Modeling Agency will showcase these designs one last time at 2 pm SL today to finish the event with a flourish. Be sure to arrive early and follow the path to be able to have a front row seat as the models walk the runway one last time.
With the last fashion show comes a very exciting announcement. We asked how Black Swan inspires passion within your photography. So many of you delivered! The Passions of Black Swan Photo Contest closed late Sunday evening with 45 amazing submissions in the Passions Flickr group. Ever since, we've been furiously deliberating over which three we to choose.
With the help of Jonny Dusk of 5ifth Order, many of the Passions of Black Swan designers, Rezzable's staff, and a few other poor souls I badgered into making what proved to be a difficult choice, we've chosen the top three photos.
First place and $10,000L goes to Shelby Ziskey with "Swan's Passion."
Jarl Soderstrom's "Dance of Swans" wins the second place prize of $5,000L.
Third prize goes to Mavi Beck's "Sacrifice." She gets to choose any item from the "Passions of Black Swan" fashion event!
Congratulations to the winners! And, thank you very much to all who participated. Each submission was extremely well done and it was a very difficult choice.
